Casa Marc has built something unique since opening in Valenti Village. Starting with the topic of pizza, it all starts with the oven, the ingredients and the pizzaiolo. The wood-fired setup produces a legit, properly charred-bubble base, while the kitchen uses great ingredients and doesn’t skimp or over-complicate.
The location, anchoring the Valenti retail area, is driveable in minutes from the centre of each of the area’s three major towns. The wine selection takes in well over 500 bottles from France, Spain, and Italy. Marc, flanked by Francesca and their well-trained staff, run the room with warmth and professionalism.
Other dishes, such as a board of mortadella, hummus and pitta, round out the offering. Dog-friendly. Spacious. Good for groups. And more recently, a central Sitges satellite on Av. Sofia covers those who don’t want to drive.
